Welcome to our VFW Raffle! Before participating, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By donating for a raffle ticket, you agree to adhere to the guidelines outlined below.
All raffle ticket donations are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Participation in this raffle is entirely voluntary. By donating for a ticket, you are NOT entering into any form of contractual obligation with us.
All monies collected through the sale of raffle tickets are considered DONATIONS to the VFW. The funds raised will be used to support our various charitable activities and various projects for facility repairs and improvements.
You must meet any age and residency requirements specified to participate in this raffle. Employees and immediate family members are usually excluded from participating. There are no exceptions to laws, policies or regulations.
Winners will be chosen at random by a random number generator (RNG) or a ticket tumbler. The drawing date and time will be announced in advance and will apply to that individual drawing or raffle.
The VFW assumes no responsibility for any risks associated with participation. Participants agree to hold the VFW harmless in case of any loss or hardship.
