Thomas "Tom” Wysocki transferred from VFW post 386 in Cape May New Jersey, to Post 8058 in 2019 and now serves as the Post Surgeon. Tom is also a member of the United States Submarine Veterans Inc. (USSVI) Treasure Coast Base.  Tom supports local JROTC programs through both of these association.   

Tom entered the Navy in January 1964 where he was selected to the Nuclear Submarine Service.  He attended many Service Schools and served on the USS 423 Torks.   In 1965 he was assigned to the SSBN 626 DANIEL WEBSTER and Submarine Qualified on December 1^st, 1966.  After three years he was reassigned to SSBN 636 NATHANIEL GREEN.  His main service and home base was Charleston, South Carolina. His overseas service was Holy Lockk, Scotland.  

Tom was discharged on July 25^th, 1970 and started work for a utility in New Jersey Public Service Electric & Gas Company and retired in December 1996.
